We want to intentionally create a culture of giving to missions and going on mission trips among our students. The leadership of the Crusaders will be expanding the reach of the AYC even further in years to come. Our plan is to coordinate at least 7 mission trips each year, with five mission trips in the US, and two missions to various locations around the world. Along with going on missions trips we also want to give everyone an opportunity to give to missions through our Overflow sponsored projects. Each mission will be unique to the needs of that country. For example in Europe, we will work with Rev. Tony Adams and pass out 50,000 flyers to promote their work and conduct musical concerts in various parts of the city. In Haiti, we’ll create food packages for the hungry and distribute them to those in need. In Uganda we will minister to over 700 orphans who attend our Hope Refuge School in the Village of Kachomo. Finally, our Australia/PNG mission will lead us to help build a church and conduct a Holy Ghost Crusade. For more information in each International mission please download the registration form. During this mission trip, a Friday evening service will kick things off, and be used to equip and empower everyone with a love and passion to reach the lost of this world (and specifically that city). After the service we will break off into sessions for 40 minutes, and end the evening with a city wide prayer meeting. Then on Saturday morning we will meet back at the church to pass out flyers promoting a Saturday afternoon Block Party. The Apostolic Crusaders Department will finance each weekend with our Overflow offering. Registration is not required for these events, however we will be take up an offering during the Friday night kickoff.
