NYC’s most exciting competition is back and we are looking for contestants! The sky is the limit this year as far as talent goes, so don’t be afraid to submit your amazing, or maybe even unusual talent. Do you sing? Do you play an instrument? Do you possess a weird and wacky talent? WE WANT YOU!!!

On Thursday evening, November 24, 2011 at 11:00 pm, we will unleash the talent of the ALJC on the stage of NYC 2011. This event promises to be an exciting and fun night, but we need you to be a part of it!

If you have a talent, we want to see it! We will be accepting video auditions from a variety of areas. Here are just a few examples:

  • Solo
  • Duet
  • Trio
  • Quartet
  • Band
  • Drama Teams
  • Illusion Tricks
  • Wild and Wacky Talent
  • Balancing acts
  • “Stick” Drama
  • Impromptu acts
  • Oratory
  • Any and Everything!

    Here’s how you can enter…

    Each contestant must submit an application form, a $15 registration fee and a video audition by November 1st, 2011. The audition video must be no longer than five minutes. You can submit your video online or by mail (see below for more information). Our judges will then choose the finalists to compete on Thursday night. Each finalist will be notified at least two weeks prior to NYC.

    You can submit your video online via YouTube.com. Once you have uploaded your video, send the link to talent@apostoliccrusaders.org.

    Please send your application form and registration fee to the address below. You can also mail a DVD copy of your video to this address as well.

    Winners…

    The top 5 contestants will be invited to share their talent during the “Worship Showcase” portion of the Friday evening service!
